The attack happened in the CBD – the heart of “melbournes” stolen land where it’s stolen wealth is supposed to be invulnerable. The date, evening/morning of 15/16 July, was at the same time Toll announced a $1.5 million contract with the Department of Defence to transport ‘GWEO’ (guided weapons and explosive ordnance’).
